– DAMAGE Deposit €500 day of arrival and returned on the day of departure after checking the villa.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
To reserve the villa JuanHouseValencia in this site, you must go to “CHECK AVAILABILITY & PRICE” menu and “Check Availability”.
Important: Payment will NOT be taken during this checkout web process, it is just to Check Availability. You will get an email back from Juan, confirming and to proceed with the 1st Payment.
1 · Indicate the Dates of arrival and departure, the Number of Persons and press button “Check Availability”. Minimum stay 5 nights (July and August 7 nights). There is a Minimum Price per night from 1-10 persons. Extra persons from 11th will increase the price per night for each one. Maximum 23 persons.
2 · Finish the checkout process inserting Your Information, and “Send Request”. Remember, Payment will NOT be taken during this process.
3 · Once I get your Request, I will check availability and I will send you an email confirming, in which you will find a link to Pay the Reservation Deposit (500€).
The Reservation Deposit is part of the total rental price of the villa, and must be made and received to confirm the booking.
4 · Once it has been received, I will confirm your reservation by email. The remaining amount + DAMAGE Deposit will be payed on the arrival day.
Total payments = Reservation Deposit (500€) + Remaining Amount + DAMAGE Deposit (500€)
a) · In the event of cancellations, the deposit will be reimbursed provided that the villa can be rented out to someone else for the same number of nights. See the cancellation policy section, down.
b) · At the time of reserving, you must specify the number of people who will be staying in the villa. In the event that the actual number of people exceed the number specified on the reservation, the owner of the villa have the right to request the client to vacate the villa, and the client will have no right to claim any type of compensation.
c) · On the day you leave, the staff will check that the villa is being returned in an acceptable condition with regards to cleanliness and tidiness and that there are no damages, in which case you will be required to pay compensation accordingly.
d) · There will be a charge of 40 EUR for loss of house keys.
e) · I´m sorry, but animals are not able to join their owners on holiday and animals are not allowed. I hope you understand our position on this, which is taken for the benefit of all our guests.
f) · CHECK-IN TIME: From 3pm (extra charge of 30€ night arrivals from 10pm).
g) · CHECK-OUT TIME: latest, 11am
h) Guest must pay a DAMAGE Deposit of 500€ the check in day and will be returned the check out day, after checking the villa.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is from 3pm. However I will always try my best to accommodate guests who wish to check in earlier if no other guests are at the villa. I ask that you advise me of your arrival time or of any possible delays. The latest check-out time is 11am.
PROCESS OF ARRIVING AND DEPARTING
1. Along with your reservation confirmation, I will send you an email containing all of the necessary information for your arrival: our exact address with details of how to get to the villa and my contact number.
2. I ask that you let me know the time of your arrival to the airport so that me or someone can be waiting for you at the villa to give you the keys. I will make a note of your personal details: your ID Number or passport number, and the remaining amount owed for your rental will be settled (this amount will be indicated in the confirmation email). I would be grateful if you could let me know of any delay on the arrival.
3. Please feel free to Contact Me for any information you need, such as restaurant recommendations or simply if you have any questions regarding the apartment or Valencia in general. I can also book a round trip transfer from/to the airport or any other ride you need during your stay. Please, fill up this form in advance to order the ride: I Need a Ride
If you have paid the deposit and you need to cancel the reservation, the deposit will be reimbursed as long as the villa can be rented out to someone else for the same number of nights.
If you cut short your stay, by arriving later or leaving earlier than expected, this is considered to be a cancellation of those nights and this cancellation will not entitle you to a reimbursement of the corresponding amount.
However, you can change the dates of your stay as long as I have availability, and must be made at least 90 days before the arriving day, otherwise, changes will be considered cancellations. Modification or cancellation of a reservation must always be communicated in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and confirmed by the owner.
I advise you to take out travel insurance.
In the event of cancellation, including for reasons of force majeure, the cancellation terms and conditions outlined here will apply.
The owner of JuanHouseValencia will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a consequence of staying at the villa, including but not limited to fire, robbery, accidents or any other type of damage. I ask that families with kids take special care of their children to ensure they come to no harm. For any problem that may arise concerning to the rental, both parties submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Valencia, expressly renouncing their own jurisdiction. As for the transfer of the rental and sublease are prohibited for the tenant.
All reservations are on condition that these General Terms and Conditions have been accepted; therefore it is important for the user or client to read them.
In compliance with that set out in “Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal” I advise you that, when you complete the forms your personal details are retained and will be treated as the property of JuanHouseValencia for the purpose of being able to offer my services and to inform you of improvements to my website. Likewise, I inform you that you have the right to access, modify and cancel your personal details at email@example.com or at Plaza Generalitat, 8. 46139 Pobla de Farnals (Valencia).
